Hi, I’m Reiko, a specialist in aromatherapy with a background in massage therapy.
 

After working as an editor in the publishing and media industry in Tokyo for 16 years, I moved to Europe in 2011. Embracing a slower-paced life led me to reflect deeply on what truly brings me comfort and joy. Listening to that inner voice, I chose to follow my long-held passion and trained in the UK, where I obtained diplomas in clinical aromatherapy, massage, anatomy, physiology, and essential oil science. I am also a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA).
 

In modern life, mental and physical stress are unavoidable. While a certain level of stress can be stimulating, excessive stress can disturb both body and mind. Finding ways to relax, maintaining movement, quality sleep, and balanced nutrition are essential foundations for well-being.

Aromatherapy offers a gentle yet powerful approach to supporting this balance. Through carefully selected essential oils and thoughtful blending, it is possible to ease tension, restore clarity, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm.

 

My work is guided by intuition, experience, and a deep respect for the natural intelligence of plants. I provide aromatherapy consultations and custom blends tailored to individual needs, supporting clients in finding harmony within their daily lives.

Taking time for oneself is not a luxury, but a necessity. My relationship with essential oils and plant-based remedies continues to evolve, and I see this work as a lifelong journey.
